DR. STEPHEN LEWIS
Biography | Research Interests | Publications  Dr. Stephen Lewis received a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree from Dalhousie University in 1998, completing his honours research project on the fusogenic protein of avian reovirus with Dr. Roy Duncan.
In 1998, Dr. Lewis began his Ph.D. studies in the laboratory of Dr. Gerry Johnston at Dalhousie, where he studied the molecular mechanisms of vesicle trafficking in the budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
From 2004 until 2007, Dr. Lewis investigated the molecular biology of translational control at the Apoptosis Research Centre, located at the University of Ottawa, with Dr. Martin Holcik.
